I wanted a tyreless wheel hub for this build , the scan is of the second one I made to show the method I used . It is unfinished and shows the plastic rod part glued on. I started with a spare miniart wheel hub and removed the central rib . I then pre curled 20thou plastic rod and glued to the outer edge to form the bead. when dry I repeated it for the other side. After a short while I drilled the hole for the tyre valve and painted it semi gloss black . it is now glued on the side of the truck. I expect this method could be used on other wheel hubs and scales . cheers ian
