Hi all, has anyone had a similar problem with the nozzle splitting at the side . I have only had them two weeks and could this happen to the main body as this is the same material ? Or am I just unlucky . If you have had similar problems let us know . I will then contact Vallego themselves . cheers ian

Ian, I've been using Vallejo paints for some time now, and never had a problem with the nozzle splitting. The only problem I have had is with a blocked nozzle, but after removing it and rinsing it through, problem cured.

Hi all , I had a reply from Vallego today , they are sending replacement nozzles free of charge . The problemwas the machine that inserts the nozzle was set wrongly . This was identified some time back and some slipped through the inspection into the market . Nice to recieve an honest answer and replacement parts so quickly . cheers ian

Ian
I have about 30 or 40 bottles of Model Air and a number have split nozzles - I must admit I have juest worked with it although it is a little disappointing when the paint squirts out at 90 degrees to the bottle all over your shirt. Ho hum, perhaps ill give em a call too.
Thanks
Paul

Hi Paul , Just got back from Beltring MV rally , and on the mat was a package from Vallego with over 40 spare nozzles in and as a bonus a load of advert leaflets for their products , this is what I call good customer relations . I will send them a E mail thanking them for the speedy reply . cheers ian
