Hi all
I am looking for a WW2 version of HMS Illustrious. I know Trumpeter makes a version of the modern one, does anyone know of a WW2 version?
I have found a Aoshima 1/700 waterline kit but can't tell from the box art what version it is.
many thanks
anthony
p.s Hope you all had a good Christmas, and a Happy New Year to everyone

HOLD EVERYTHING!
Before you start, get hold of the 'Anatomy of the ship' book on Victorious, not the Illustrious I know, but the details are there for reference, esp. all the gun pits etc.
I built the Victorious as the WW2 version, 1945 BPF spec a few years ago and almost had to rebuild the kit as it is so inaccurate. You have been warned.
