That moment of truth is just brilliant isn't it Steve? Great job on the casting, never thought of using the US cleaner, must try that next time I pour a mould.

I think that it was a combination of the vibrations and your trick of making the vent hole bigger so that it acts as a reservoir for excess resin, and when you squeeze the mould more resin is sucked back in when you release the squeeze...

Get your finger out and get a couple painted and get that trailer mobile !!!!!!

I've now managed to get some wheels and tyres finished for the trailer and got it hooked up to the Bedford. Still got bits and pieces to finish off. As ever, all comments welcome Cheers Steve
