As a new member I thought I would post some pictures of a couple of builds I've completed this year.
The first is a 1/48 Airfix B.2 Canberra converted to a PR.7 of 13 Sqn using the A2Zee conversion. This was built for a good friend, and former Sqn Ldr who flew in PR.7's during his time on 13Sqn in Malta, and later flew operational missions in Tornado GR.1A's during the first Gulf War. The kit also has optical fibres going out to the various navigation light positions, which look pretty neat when switched on.
The second is the 1/48 Airfix Harrier GR.3 that I built for another ex-RAF friend who served on 233OCU and 1417Flt Belize. Hence the different unit markings on either side of the nose.
I hope you like them.
Finally, here are some shots of the AIM MD300 tug in 1/72 scale.
