A couple of questions:
I'm looking for a cheap (secondhand would be fine) single action airbrush. I've got a Badger 150 and that's fine for general work but I need an airbrush I can abuse, ie spraying all sorts of cr*p through it, Klear, primers etc.
A Badger 350 is no good (I've tried). Ideally I'd like an Aztek single action airbrush, the A320. The double action Azteks are great but they break, I've had 2 of them go on me and I know others who have the same problem. And the lifetime warranty didn't help either. As a result I've got a load of Aztek nozzles with no airbrush so an A320 would use up the nozzles.
Second question: Part of the reason for wanting another airbrush is I want to spray Klear.
Do you thin Klear for spraying. If so, what with? Does your airbrush get clogged when spraying it? What do you clean your airbrush with after spraying with Klear? (I'm assuming cellulose would work)

No need to thin Klear, use it straight out of the bottle. I've just used plenty of water to clean the airbrush after.

if you put few drops of amoniac in your water, this will clean the klear much more easily (read the bottle, to remove Klear from floors, they advise to use it...)...

Mmm, got some ammonia in a bottle around here somewhere, might give it a go. Yes, reading the label is a good idea Alas, my bottle is old(ish) and the label has peeled off ;D So maybe it's time to get a new bottle...

another thing I was doing to clean canopies treated with Klear, but not satisfied of it, it was to used glass window cleaning product such as Instanet or Bref (but these are continental brands, I do not know yet what are the UK equivalent products), it contians already a bit of amoniac and also some alcohol..

You've prompted my memory there and given me an idea...
I remember somewhere on this board Ted Taylor mentioning using Windolene (which has a slight amount of ammonia in it) so that's probably the UK equivalent of Bref etc. In which case, it might work for cleaning Klear out of the airbrush.

Windowlene (not the pink stuff) is great for cleaning the airbrush after Klear. Another brand (and a lot cheaper too) is "W5" from Lidl.
