Hi Everybody, decided to join in on this, the theory behind it is if I put it in writing for all to see then I've got to get on and build it (and finish it!!!!). On the bench is a KFS F88 which I put back in the box because I mucked up the spray job and as a back up will be an out of the box Actros. Dave H.

Hi Dave, nice to see you actually took the plunge at last. Talk to you at Spalding.

Hi Nick, sorry won't be at Spalding as I'm on days.
Both chassis are coming on and the F88 is getting a rub down (not my most favourite job) how do you get to put photo's on here and is there a time scale for this build?
Cheers Dave H

Dave, no time limit on this build (can't really insist as my build is soaking in a bucket at the moment attempting to remove a failed paint job). In order to place pics on here, first get yourself a 'Photobucket' account photobucket.com/register.php ... it's free, take your pic, place it in the photobucket account and follow the instructions. Also have a look on the FAQ section of the forum at the top of the page, there's a quick guide to posting pics.

Hopefully here is a couple of photos of a finished Actros (just in time to take to Telford). I think it's taken me longer to get the pictures here than do the model. Nice to put some faces to names at the nationals. Spike/fatty who has the beard?

It looks even better in the flesh. Look at the pic in SMW pics thread, Fatty's the one with the bumfluff, I'm the fat (ish) one and Spike's the other one. Wolfie

Yeah they are mine,i collect Corgi`s and did build Model trucks up until a couple of years ago, then i got into restoring a classic mini. That takes up most of my time now,i still enjoy my monthly fix of TMW,and like to know what KFS are bringing out.The decals on ebay are mine and i thought someone would make better use of them than me.
