Hi Guys, just wondering if anyone has built this kit, as it looks really impressive, i know that Legend Productions do an upgrade for it, and it will be readily avaliable at SMW, my reason for asking is that i want to try and build at least two models from each important event in the IDFs history, and as this is the only IDF M60 i could find, am wondering if this is a decent base kit to start with. Also would like the same kind of info on the Academy Zelda. Many thanks Dave

Dave, please put me right, 'what the heck is IDF'. All these abbreviations are ok for you younger fella's, but us older and not in with the IDF mode need a bit more enlightening . I know what M60 was and a great inter war tank it was.!!!!

Now then, I've got the Academy IDF M60 with Mine Roller & it seems to be a nice kit with a fair bit of detail. If i remember correctly though, i read a review in an old issue of Military Modelcraft International that said the 'turret bustle fouls the engine deck'. Also something about the suspension, which i can't recall (age you know) I will dig the mag out & have a look if you like, and let you know. As for my IDF M60, 'fraid its destined for ebay as its at the very bottom of the 'I might get round to it pile' Cheers, Steve

Hi Steve, id be grateful for any info on the suspension, im going to be using loads of resin and etch from both Legend, and eduard, so the turret bustle might not be a problem, but any info would be welcome. Many thanks Dave
