I was at Duxford for the MAFVA show at the weekend, and just happened to notice these parked outside the Land Warfare Hall ... apart from the Oshkosh, they're all available in 1/24 scale, next year, maybe a large scale military build on the forum?

Hi, I am not going to change post war military soft skines for the ww II ones, but I llike the 1/24 scale. Am I right thinking that the front mudgards from the new civillian Emhar Bedford O could be easily modified into the war version with flat bonnet, let us say Airfix-like Queen Mary Tractive unit? Thanks for your comments.

Thanks for your comments. Perfectly correct, the conversion involves scratch building the bonnet, sides and front, the running gear is the same, unless you want the military pattern wheels. I was going to attempt this conversion as I believe is Ted.

If you have more source photos of Volvo or Scania brand military trucks I'll be grateful.

Thanks for these pics. Much appreciated. If you do find pics of newer Scania military trucks I will appreciate it. Thank you kindly.
Perry, that military link is awesome. Thanks.
