I'm preparing to model a B-17D using Bill Koster's conversion. I'm told that an article was published on this build in one of the modelling mags somewhere around 1987 - 1990, the modeller was reportedly Jim Howard.
Anyone know which mag and which issue???

Patrick Martin's "Index" (published 1991) lists 3 kitreview/conversions "Koster 48":
- 1984/10 Air Fan description of kit in French
- 1986/11 Airfix Mag
- 1986/07 Scale Model
I don't have the AirfixMag nor the Scale Model.
Maybe Alfie of TAS can help.

Sounds like the sort of thing Jim Howard did for Scale Aircraft Modelling mag around that time..... If so i will have it stacked in the piles, but I cannot locate the article in the index I have, and daren't start a general search otherwise days will pass!
