Those resin intakes are made by Cooper Details, and are/were available for both small and large intake styles, applicable for use with the Classic Airframes Meteor kits. There were very few of the "big breathers" produced - all but one set was sold (the last being saved as a review sample for a UK modelling magazine) and if you got any cast in grey resin, these were the ones contracted to Paul Fisher for production.
Let me know if you're still interested in getting these sets and I may be able to help you obtain what you need.

Hi Lee Thank you for that information. I didn't know that a 1/48 scale set of Meteor intakes had been released. The PJ Productions set were in 1/72 scale, but they're not listed on their website as being currently available. For more on which aircraft had the increased diameter intakes please see this thread ipmsuk.proboards20.com/index.cgi?board=tas&action=display&thread=1189155586Alfie
