Posted on the Hannants website - note the need to re-register.

Hannants is temporarily closed. We will be stock taking, installing a new computer system and new order administration area. We also have builders and electricians working on our huge new mezzanine floor.
All the orders that we already have in the system will be sent out as normal. Also any back orders or advance orders that are in stock will be despatched this week. Then we will start the stock taking. When the stock take is finished we willgo live with the new website.
We regret that at the moment we cannot accept any orders. When the new website is launched it will have full stock control and then all orders will need to be entered via the website. Please be patient! We have to get this right first time.
Soon you will be able tosee the TOTAL cost of your order, INCLUDING postage, BEFORE you order, from ANYWHERE in the world! Manage your advance orders for Future Releases either by advance ordering or using the new Watching system. Manage your back orders for Sold Out items. Check to see the progress of your order. Be sent an email to confirm thatwe have your order and have successfully charged it to your credit or debit card. Be sent another email when the orderhas been despatched. Watch any item that is not in stock and receive an email to tell you when it is available. Check your order history. Be made aware if you try to order an item that you have previously bought etc etc etc.
What it cannot do though is show all existing orders you may have for Sold Out and Future Release items. We will continue to use our old system for Future Releases and back orders but we will be transferring them from the old system to the new system as soon as we can. If you want to cancel any orders you have with us and then re-order them again yourself so you get up-to-date quickly and have everything on the new website please just tell us. We are happy to do this as you will get a better service. Nor can the new system show your existing registration details. Unfortunately everyone will need to register again. This is because so many people have multiple registrations that we cannot import them to the new system.
You can visit our new website now! You can check out all the features and register now! You can add items to your cart but the orders cannot be sent yet. Get ready to send them! We will tell you when it is live and you can send them to us. Please remember that all items start off with 0 stock but you can see this situation changing by the minute as we progress with the stock take.
We regret that at the moment we are unable to accept visitors to our warehouse.
The new website will charge on line at the time you place your order.
