built up from a revell 1/24 convertable kit, added the roof from a 1/25 scale amt kit ( which had to be quartered and made bigger), built with a new interior, roll cage, seat and lots of details to represent a historic racing saloon which could in theory race today. Attachments:

thanks, as with a lot of the models we all do, nobody knows just how much work we all put in to them.

Hi,
Yes - you're right! If a model is done well, unless the viewer really knows the kit or subject matter they rarely appreciate the extent of the work that has gone into the build.
