I fancy having a go at scratching this as my next bench project (after I finish the two that are there at the moment!). However, I wondered if any manufacturer had produced this in the past as a kit?  Any help gratefully received. Cheers Steve |

Nothing in 1/24 as I know of and nothing in the smaller scales as a kit either?

Anybody know where I can get a 1/24 scale Perkins A4.236 engine to live under the rear cover of the JCB?

Might be worth while giving JCB a call or e-mail to see if any manufacturer did models of the 410. If you ask them very nicely, and show them the quality of your itchy scratchy stuff, they may well give you drawings for more itchy scratchy projects !!!!!!!! I have to admit, it is a nice vehicle that I had a chance to play about with at Grantham during familiarization training !!!!! If I had stayed in slightly longer, it would have been a necessary vehicle for me to get certified on for getting my second stripe !!!!!! I have this combination in mind at some future date   But I think we would need to have much more table space for the diorama Steve !!!!!! Ha ha ha ha ha Good luck and post me details of what you manage to acquire !!!!!!!!! All the very best for 2013 and get on with building !!!!!!!!!!! Nige |

I was planning to go and visit JCB head office in Uttoxeter, because it's only a few miles up the road from me. I'll let you know how I get on...

Hi Steve For some reason, photobucket does not want to play ball with a few of my albums !!!!!!!!!! And yet on other forums they display fine !!!!!! Was the same with that couple of TM pics I posted !!!!!!!! Argggggggggg !!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't ya just hate technology  ??
