New London Model show

Guideline Publications are thrilled to announce the launch of a twice yearly ‘London Plastic Modelling Show’, to be held at the Islington Business Design Centre, London on Sunday 9th June and Sunday 8th December 2013

Tables fees for traders are just £60 per 6 foot frontage (which includes 1 table) or £65 for a wall space, which includes it's own free power supply.

There will be heavy worldwide promotion of this event appearing in each issue of our magazines, web site and Facebook pages with IPMS UK, European IPMS and modelling clubs and other mediums to ensure that this event is promoted to not only current enthusiasts but to bring new modellers to our industry.

Any help in promoting this show would be greatly appreciated by us all.

The Islington Business Design Centre is a purpose built venue with excellent access by road, bus, train and plane. Visitors will find a host of traders with whom they can chat and get advice prior to purchasing. You will be able to meet our editors and contributors, fellow modellers and club members, in addition to pre-booking live demonstrations and question and answer sessions. Visit the club stands and view the finished articles.

With the centre of London on your doorstep why not make this a family visit, a chance to enjoy the hobby while the family explore London, its history and sights.

Direct from Regis Auckland - with regard to club booking details he said:

1) We are allocating 30 x 6 foot tables at this show for club stands.

2) Each club being offered 2 x 6 foot tables FOC.

3) There will be 4 entry passes for each club FOC.

4) Show times are as follows, access for traders and clubs from 9.00am, show opens at 11.00am, show closes at 4.00pm, halls must be cleared by 6.00pm no fail.

5) Access on the Sunday for those requiring trolleys is via the loading bay to the rear of the premises. There are 2 large lifts/hoists capable of carrying a transit van that will take you to the Gallery and atrium where the show is being held. We will make available for use 10 York Trolleys and a pallet truck in the loading bay area on a first come first served basis

6) Access for those with just hand luggage is via the parking area immediately to the front of the building (no trolleys are allowed via this entrance).

7) Loading bay passes, entry passes and details will be forwarded to each club on application.
