Hello All,
I am trying to book space for the club at this years show at Southwell racecourse on the 13th Oct. However i cannot find any contact details for person who is organizing the event! I have tried an old e-mail address but have had no reply.
The details given in this months IPMS magazine are wrong (puts you through to the Fleet Air Arm Museum!!)
Can anyone help please?

Hi John The details in the magazine are correct as far as we know them and the web link is the only one we have and points correctly to www.lincolnmodelclub.co.uk who are organising the show. However as you have discovered the telephone number listed is in error, apologies. I have emailed you with some alternative contact details. Regards Colin |

John,
It's also worth noting that the guys who run the show don't allocate space to clubs in advance. The earlier you get there, the more choice you have as to where to put your display.
It has always been thus - and despite it seeming to be a seat-of-the-pants way of running the show, for some reason it always works!

Is this event going ahead? I've tried looking at the club website but it seem to be about 3 years out of date, there's also nothing listed on the Southwell Racecourse website

Frantic with organising it we are. Actually no we're not, it sort of happens by osmosis. Mr Crawford (Biggles) may be able to tell you more. H |
