Here is the old Airfix kit of the Cessna Bid Dog I purchased at Telford for £3.00. They were first used for artillery and airstrike spotting in Korea and the occassional rescue missions of downed airmen. I slightly modified the Airfix kit as it represented a Vietnam War version which had more aerials and navigational aids. I dropped the flaps and elevators with a razor saw and sourced the markings from the bits box. It looks amost too delicate for war standing by my Thunderjet. The ammo boxes are a 'Flames of War' wargamming objective marker.

Super little Cessna. Built it myself many years ago and still like it!
