Hi All,
I'm in the process of issuing the Annual Return 2008. I sent out 109 sets of paperwork electronically yesterday, so if you asked for an electronic version last year, you should have it now!
So far I have had 7 bounces. I will back these up with a paper copy to the Branches/SIGs concerned. Please can you check that the e-mail you have supplied me with is accurate.
Today I plan to stuff envelopes with the paper version for mail out (around 40 Branches/SIGs).
Nominated Branch and SIG Leaders/Secretaries should receive the following: An Annual Return Form (double sided) A SMW 2008 Display Space Booking Form (Single sided) A copy of Branch and SIG News 01/08
Please can you fill in the Annual Return and SMW Space Booking form (even if you are not attending SMW) and return them to me on or before 31st March 2008.
If you do not receive these forms in the next week, please contact me at the usual address.

Update:
Postal returns all went out this morning and should be with you by Monday.
Thanks to those organised folk who have returned their forms already. I plan to do a weekly confirmation at the weekend.

Update.
Thanks to everyone who has gotten back to me with their Annual Return and SMW forms (about 80% of Branches and about 75% of SIGs).
The March 31st deadline has now passed and any forms received after this date will be dealt with as and when I have free time. No guarantee of space at SMW can be given for forms received after this deadline - you were warned!
