Ok that really is it this time. I'm going to chuck it all in and take up knitting!!!!!!! Who wants a new scarf?
Seriously, that is one really nice diorama. Like the 2 blokes, they really add that little something extra to an already pleasing scene. Mark

[ quote author=fatty board=roadtransport thread=1176983007 post=1176983007]Well here it is all finished, I am so pleased with how it turned out.... That is lovely, and really nice pictures too. The best bits of railway, as with most diorama stuff, is keeping it simple and that's the most difficult thing to achieve. You've done this one superbly. As to a title - I assume it's the fireman sitting on the logs after a long day of trundling to and fro - 'A cuppa or a pint? Or both?' would be my line......well, no, I lie. Actually it would be 'Oooooohhhhh, me back.....' John

You could call it thirsty work, seeing you have a water tower insit.
Mine is a G gauge layout and runs into the garden and over me car in the garage.
Based on the olde Denver and Rio Grande Railroad, with Lumber, coal and passenger of course.
Made up the rail-lorry and brakedown cranes meself, all working to.
The track lifts up and down over the car space to allow me to get the car out, done by pully and block system.
Need to get a motor fitted soon.
