Started hopefully my last Ford Mustang for some considerable time. This one is a classic ‘60s Mustang which I’m aiming to bring a bit more up to date. I finally got primer on the body tonight. Most of the chassis and engine is sprayed ready to assemble. Going to get the Alclad onto it over the weekend then it should come together in short order. The transparencies are up to Revell's usual quality, ie, they have no quality at all! Still its going to be a very shiny Red so that should distract the casual viewer from the windows! H

Those ones that are a bit BMW like are pretty smart. Especially the red one. This was in UK? Where?

I think they were photographed at Rockingham Raceway. Been there a few times. Spot on Cosmosman, July this year the SCSA meet. UK Cruisers did a couple of laps of honour along with the 'Stangs, all in a strictly controlled manner you understand... You can see a few lined up in front of the 'Stangs in the Roush/Saleen rear view pic Rich

I remember that one - saw most of them on the A14! I made the end of season do too, complete with 'rigged' winner takes all race at the end. All types of oval racers from grass track through stock cars to SCSA & Pickups.
