And here it is before and after... Needs a bit of sanding before a second coat can go on. H

Got a second coat of base coat on this evening after sanding out a few flaws in the first coat.

I'm a bit torn with this model.

I'd like to finish it with a twist in the paint job but I'm not happy with a straight two tone.

I'm considering a Black upper body with Carbon bonnet and sills like my Mustang 2005 GT but I'm worried that might over complicate it.

Comments or suggestions would be welcomed.

Clear coat now applied. Drying even as we speak, should be ready for cutting back and polish tomorrow although I may wait and do it and the Mustang back to back.

Once polished this one will need decal Carbon on the bonnet and another couple of coats of clear.

If I may suggest, I'm sure JT would love an article about painting and preparation for the magazine, wouldn't mind something here also in the 'Modelling Technique' section.
