This is my current practice build. I picked the kit up for a deal price with some nice Aoshima 20" rims and a set of Mr Model etched Discs and calipers. I'm using the kit to get to grips with Zero One paints before I commit them to my Enzo, FXX, SLR et al. I've prepared the body with Micro Mesh, Primered it with a spray can Grey which I polished again when dry with Micro Mesh 4000 and 6000. Then I've sprayed the whole thing with a good five or six coats of Zero One Tour de France Blue (yes I know its a Ferrari colour!) It is currently drying so I thought a few pictures of it in this state might be a good idea. Can anyone suggest how long to leave this lot to dry before Clear Coat? Ian

Unless I have decals to apply first, I normally do my clear coating the next day.
And the paint job looks great

Tonight's update. Polished out the Clear and applied the Carbon decals to the bonnet and sills. Added the GT Stripes. Stripes are still setting down with MR Softener What do you think? H

First was my BBR 1/43rd Ferrari 340 Mexico Milla Miglia car. SO to say I was pleased with my self would have been an understatement.
