I won this kit off ebay, its the custom version with bull bars, roofrack etc. Just curious if anyone has any experience of this kit, anything I need to be aware of? I am planning on fitting it 1/24 scale UK number plates so it looks like a UK vehicle rather than japanese.

Well it arrived, I built the chassis and axles last night, looks nice, like a big tamiya kit.

Chassis is alll together with axles and suspension, I have primed it and painted the fuel tank and mail rails in tamiya X-18 Semi gloss black. I have also assembled part of the interior and added a few of the body fittings. Tonight I will paint the exhaust and transfer gearbox, and probably add the dash board and front seats.

So am I, i`m not sure what colour to paint it though, probably dark green. And then with some light mud on it.

Well its now been painted, I deceided to go for Red. The chassis is painted and the interior is painted. I have done some of the decal work too.
