Ok I have just got back into modelling after a bit of a lay off last competition I entered was at the Doncaster custom car show a few years back . I used to buy all my parts from a firm called Scale-Auto parts UK. Does anyone know if they still exist or if there is any one else in the UK who sell the extra detailing stuff they did or am going to have to order from the states via the internet. Any help appreciated Lionel Jennings

Scale Auto Parts were from Fingey Nest (or something like that ) weren't they? I've got a feeling that they went out of business. You could try www.littlecars.com for a start point. Their range is increasing quickly and they were at SMW this year too. Also in attendance were Auto Sport Models, and Takuri Models who specialise in Japanese imports. I'm sure others could name some other UK based specialists, or alternatively look west across the pond. A copy of Scale Auto Enthusiast will list plenty to keep you busy... Rich

Thought of another one Grand Prix Models at Banbury (Ex Brian Harvey's Grand Prix Models of Radlett) Good selection of photo etched stuff and kits and transkits.
