Being an avid fan of the Disney Pixar Cars video I have been hunting round for a model of a Fiat 500 so that I can create a Luigi replica. At Huddersfield I finally found one and made the purchase straight away. I've missed out on a couple of kits when I've thought I'll come back for that

The original idea was to fit the engine and transmission from a Ferrari Mythos kit, coz we all know Luigi "loves a the Ferrari" but this was just to wide and would have looked horrendous it was twice the width of the 500's body. So Idecided to build it pretty much box stock. I will be adding detailing to the engine and I have sourced an alternate set of wheels to give it a little bit of style.

Progress so far is to spray body and engine cover.

and a comparison against my Integra to show how tiny the body is.
