I dunno WHAT I'm doing this time Someone inspired me and I've dropped everything else just for now and I'm gonna have a go at something I've never done before. Totally experimental. I can't get any drawings, so I'm going to try and scale up the measurements of a 1/76 lorry kit to 1/24 scale and scratchbuild it . If this works I can have a go at my draywagon.

Wolfie, did you try the Coventry Vehicle Museum, Leyland Commercial Vehicle Museum or Gaydon?

Yeah Gaydon and Leyland. Both ignored me. Not so much as a confirmation of receipt. Mind you I'm used to that at the moment being a job hunter.

Good luck Wolfie.
Can you post LOTS of pics as I wouldn't mind having a go at this for my next project! My Dad has asked for a model of an AEC Matador with a printshop body that he drove when he was in the Army in the sixties.
Fancied having a go at a scratchbuild as the cab is quite flat.

I find Wolfie that if you have say the plans/ wheels or something of the said vehicle, then this gives you a good start. I have scratched built all sorts of lorries (military)in 1/76th scale and look forward to your 1/24th lol with anticipation.

Well it looks the business and no mistake, cannot fault that Wolfie mate. Nice work,'nice work indeed', even down to the AEC motif.'nice one' . You have a mind I see to build another in this scale, well hope you have the room.
