I bought two Actulites earlier this year after seeing them at Telford in 2007.
Unfortunately the arms regularly suffered from the "droops".
Mentioned the problem to the guys at Telford this year and was given bits to correct the problem but I was not successful.
E mailed the company and they invited me to bring the lights over to their premises at Wolverhampton where the mods were done for me at no charge.
I have nothing but praise for these lamps and the service and back up I received from the company. Go for it. The light is a superb aid for any modeller.
