I've just started Dragon's 1/72 early Panther G and I want to know what the colour of the engine compartment should be. I don't mean the engine, radiator of cooling fans, but the general bulkhead colour. Dragon provide a reasonably detailed insert that goes under the top deck and I want do better than just painting everything black, which is what Dragon seem to suggest.
Thanks

German AFVs usually had an off white cream colour to their interiors.
If you can get hold of the AJ Press books they have good pictures usually.
