The 45 South African Adv Base Workshops in Italy modiefied 45 M7 Priests into Kangaroo's during Feb - Mar 45. What became of them is anyones guess. I have copies of the blue prints for these modifications.

Interesting piece of news there William, thanks for that. I wonder what happened to the 105mm guns, they could have been remounted on a chassis for towing again?.  |

William's info is facinating. I didn't realise there were so many significant changes inside the fighting compartment.
Granted, the info concerns South African Kangaroos so the Canadian version may be different. However, it makes me think that the italeri kit is more innacurate than I orignally thought.
