Real Name: No need really...
Interests: Luftwaffe recce aircraft up to 1945. Initially just enjoyed luftwaffe but Colin turned me to the dark side and have been throwing kits together ever since. Not picked up any plastic since October and starting to have withdrawals, failed to get to telford and still feel bad about it, however I have plans to do the Revell Arado AR 240 and the Arado 234V including trolley - not sure when though.
I have a couple of WIPs on here for a Me 262, Bf 109E5 and Storch.

Hi all,
It would seem that I'm the newest kid on the block!
I am Jim Kiker, jkiker for my login.
I have been mostly a 1/48 scale modeler virtually all my life. I will always have a soft spot for the RF-4C's, where my interest in reconnaissance comes from. Modeling wise, I do a lot of recce subjects, with some racing and record a/c thrown in for diversion, plus an occasional sortie into Sci Fi. Among other things I finished an upgraded X-wing last year, complete with a sensor suite of course! My latest is a Spitfire PR I which turned out very well.
Cheers, Jim

Hello Jim.
I think I will be excused for welcoming you here on behalf of Colin too !
Good to have you in the boat - hope to see some of your work here as well....
As Jim seems to be too modest - there is a superb Spitfire PR I from him on Britmodeller to savour.

Hello everyone, a newbie on the block
Login: aeroplanegripper
Real Name: Mark Curzon
Interests: USAAF and RAF recce aircraft up to 1945. Plastic bash exclusively in 1/72nd, I don't have the room in my man cave for anything bigger! Have got back into the hobby after a long absence and have been working on my skills for the past year. I have always admired the PR types, being unarmed and legging it to and from occupied territory, took some real character. Found the SIG at SMW 2013 and was impressed with the collection, and therefore joined today. I have a few in the stash ready for the off, namely a Hellcat PR II, Mustang III, an F-5E Lightning and Spitfire PR XIX. I have completed a USAAF Spitfire PR IX and Mosquito F-8.
