Hi Guys, well like most people here we all seem to have more than one kit on the go, this one has been running alongside my IDF command model, this was supposed to be the Orev missile carrier, and i bought the Legend detail set for it, however on opening the detail set a lot of the parts were badley warped including the missile tubes, these were to large to straighten, so i decided to use what i could to enhance the Academy kit, this is still WIP as the MGs and the rear seat plus some straps still have to be added. Hi dvenn - Looks good, but it is not an M151A2. On that vehicle the headlights are recessed into the front of the mudguards. I am no expert, but this must be either an M151 or an A1.

Nice model there Dvenn of your Recce Jeep. Like chrisg, I think its an M151 soft skin jeep. I like all the detail lol.  What year abouts is this one to represent !!!!. |

Hi Guys thanks for the replies, you are right its an M151,i have been trying to post some pics of the finished jeep, but am haveing problems down loading the pics from photo bucket, the pics are on the photobucket site, but when i try to post in the normal way it will not let me toggle between sites, so will keep trying and see what i can do.
