This kit was built up as a replica of "Greg Carr" an Australian Rally Champion Ford Escort that he used during the 70's, I did have on many occassions have him blast past me at a speed I wouldn't even dream of doing on those cold winter nights maybe he was in a hurry just to get home to a warm bed but man I can tell you he sure made my Corolla look like it was standing still.

I know the silver is not period for the time, I just forgot to paint it before putting the model together.
