Hi This is my method for painting small parts. All you need is a scrap length of sprue , chanfer one ind and glue the part to be painted at the rear . Leave to dry and then paint it , you can get to all parts by twisting the sprue in your hand . When dry just break of and you have a clean area of plastic to glue it to the model . I even use it for painting heads cheers ian

Great Idea. I do something similar. Get some wooden cocktail sticks (normally about 50p for 100). Cut the tip off and stick a small blob of blue tack on the end. This is ok for small light parts. After painting, just stick a larger blob of blue tack on your shelf / desk / workbench and stick the cocktail sticks into it. Come back later when parts are dry, roll blue tack up and put away. Keep the cocktail sticks for stirring small pots of paint!
Cheers
