I like the wet mud effect on the 250 Hanomag, and the very dusty finish on the radio car. You should start a thread on the Hints and Tips page and tell us how you did that.
If it was me doing that dusty finish I'd keep all the wheels the same dust colour and dry brush all the road surface of the tyre with panzer grey to simulate running on hot summer tarmaced roads.
Other than that little quibble you have a collection to be proud of there :-) Are you a member of a club..? You'd be welcome at your local one if you wanted to bring one or two along per meeting I'm sure.

He's in Leeds, we'd have to leave him to the tender mersies of Chris and Ian et al. EEEEK.
Still, if you are so inclined 229, get down to Hudds and introduce yourself.
Wolfie.

Thanks for the replies - the wet mud was filler/putty painted with various shades of red brown and earth brown, applied by brush with some over spray with the airbrush to represent splatter. The dusty armoured car was an airbrush job, possibly with some drybrushing and stain work by brush, but its been many years so I can't really remember. I will have to see about coming to Hudds, not sure what I would bring with me as most stuff is boxed up, and I only get moddeling time between working on the landrover. Cheers, Dan.

As Wolfie said, Sunday February 12th, you show me yours and I'll show you mine ... and before any soft sod chips in ... I'm referring to Landrovers?
