It has been pointed out on another forum (to the point of excess) that the hubs should be the same colour as the chassis and running gear, basically because they're all painted at the same time which means that the hubs in this case should be black to be realistic. But in your world, if you want the hubs to be a different colour, then why not.

Looks well and Nicks right about the hubs, They are USUALLY the same as the chassis but by no means always. Note my F88.

Actually, the more I look, the more impressed I am with the paint finish. Care to share your techique? ;D (and I prefer the silver hubs, especially on something that looks a bit 'custom' )

yeah the hubs were not meant to be all silver that was my bad dont know how i missed it till it was to late but u live and learn as to the paint its a met blue and i found it hard to spray(my compressor is not the best and low psi) so i had to thin it alot but that gave me very light coats that are see through so what u see on the truck are about 30 coats of paint given a very light sanding every 5 coats and then clear brushed on
