A tale of 3 cars yes 3, two older versions and the new type that didn't take off all that well in the U.S. of A. here n Australia we call it the Holden Monaro in the the U.K. you call it the Vauxhall Monaro (bit of an insult) it is a kind of not too bad a machine. Above my ragtop (top down) version of the car Aussie Redback exhaust system, my hardtop version above And below the Aussie Monaro as the U.S. Pontiac GTO The model is awaiting its front & rear bumper clips and dash to convert it back to a Monaro The kit car in red being built up for a CMB project for another forum site but this is essentially the GTO of the U.S.of A. Hi Dingo The Vauxhall Monaro is a straight re-badge of the Holden. A rare but very welcome beastie it is too.

YEa I know that Rich my cpmment was more tongue in cheek than naything I just don't like seeing Vauxhall put on anything that's looks as good as the Monaro did even though I'm not all that taken by it, it's just a pity they did make them in the new model Commodore that we have here now but then it did only last 2 years in Oz didn't get many sales here Rich a pity my friend it is tuely a great car.
