Hi all we all know how hard it is to role out milliput into uniform sizes and also shapes. I may have the answer . I called into The Works today in Nottingham , I was after some very fine paint brushes . Among them was this clay gun at £2-99 . I thought for a few seconds and looking very closely at it I realised that you could use it for Milliput . You get a plunger and barrel , as well as 20 preformed discs with various shaped holes in . I selected 13 out of the 20 as the most usefull. I will let you know how i get on very soon , but if you can push clay though it then it should be a doddle for Milliput . I will also let you know the best method of cleaning up the parts . See scan . cheers ian

Hi all , I did a quick test with left over milliput today and it worked , needs a bit of pressure but it is constant and uniform in shape . Clean up very easy just scrape the plunger and barrel with a knife blade and finish of with an old toothbrush and water , see scan cheers ian
