Hi, I am not a plastic scale modeler but build fairly large scale RC models for FAI competitions. You guys are so good at info and research you might be able to help I plan to build a Westland Wessex, the aircraft, not helicopter. Westland built 10, about 1932-1935. The last ones produced are the most suitable for a flying model that will be 1/5 so 138" span. All late model Wessex subjects can be considered if i get the pictures. The last one was ABVB, hopefully in the picture attached. I have others of ABVB but perhaps there ore others out their ? Secondly, I have one picture of ABVB that has a colour description, That's good, but is there any way i can link " Pale Blue, Dark Blue and Buff to a paint number or even chip in a colour proof sort of way. Thanks for any help Attachments:

Hello Richard, I've moved your post here as I think it will get a better response. Our Technical Officer, Alfie Bass makes this room his first point of call when he logs on. Best of luck with your search.

Thanks Alfie, I have not seen the poster you found. Just for your interest I also found this poster in a similar style. I cant use them, our Judges would not be impressed but they are nice for the style of the time. The next photo is a valuable find as it has a colour description and you can see the top wing markings. It's these Dark Blue, Light Blue and Buff that i would like to authenticate. Attachments:
