A quick query if I may: has anyone had dealings with emodels? They have a website here: www.emodels.co.uk/plastic-kits/I have not heard of them before, but they appear to have a good selection at reasonable prices. Can anyone who has had dealings with them recommend them? TIA,

I've had a couple of kits off them with no problems. I would buy from them again.

eModels are a well established on-line retailer and I have used them many times in the past. I have found their service excellent and their resolution of issues has first class (they put a couple of wrong kits in a large order). If I'm after something specific they are one of the on-line sites I'll look over.
Cheers, Ian

What service!! The card from the Post Office to say "we missed you" arrived Friday; picked the kit up from my local PO Saturday - as advertised, and a real bargain price for a Hasegawa F-8 - and today MrsC took a phone call for me to ask if it had arrived.
If emodels are reading this, thanks guys. To everyone else, recomended.

Hi MikeC. So your very happy with the service. ;D I to have used this service today and will let you know if its up to the same expectations as you lol . Having to register first and get acquainted with the service and the security that is entailed, I find it was rather daunting but reassuring in the fact they checked up on me. Hope I get the thrill that you did on receiving the goods I ordered.

A company that care for it's reputation by putting it's customers at the top of the pile.
They sorted out financial arrangements on their computer for delivery to me in Jersey in the Channel Isles. The time they took must have been hardly worth it but they did it.
A couple of days ago I found a glitch on their Vallejo Paints ordering page. They sorted it out on the phone made sure they had it in stock. The assistant took it from the retail devision building down to the emails building. A paint container worth £1:79.
Cannot get better than that. It is a pleasure to deal with them. (Not like one company who are so arrogant I will not touch them with the the old barge pole {where did that expression come form}]).
