Even tghough it's a clay modelling tool it also looks like some sort of dental tool as well, I have one in my tool box and it's a dental tool use for placing fillings into teeth. Dingo

Go to ebay or Amazon & they have sets of about 10 for next to nothing. All different shapes.
The pints on some need a bit of smoothing otherwise very useful for filling.
