Brings back memories of when I had one during the late 70's. Used to get from Shefford, Beds to Stevenage to work for 3 quid a week in petrol! Those were the days!! Had I known it would become a cult car in years to come I may have hung on to it! But Fiats back then used to rot like a vampire doused in holy water. Recently I saw an example next to the new Fiat 500 in the Fiat dealer in Rushden. It looked tiny compared to the new car.

An IPMS member since 1974. Also branch secretary Berkshire branch in 1975. Edited IPMS magazine late 70's 2 years, serving the National Committee. Judged at SMW recently some car classes. Main interests are cars and and sailing ships. Still trying to convice people that IPMS is not just aircraft!
