Thanks for the links Colin. I already replied to the first one, the guy who made the model is the head of the company that makes the recce pod. Bummer on the decals though. They are apparently only available in the 'Royal Class' boxing of the Mirage IIIC. You wouldn't happen to have a spare set, in the decal bank? Don't know if that third post was a Djibouti based bird or not. I know what you mean about getting more Mirage kits. I had to get 4 1/48 Mirage IIICJ kits, to go with the neat AML recce nose conversions. Larry

Hello Colin - good show !
On second glance it's even more tempting as - except for the first, second and last subject - everything else is 1/72nd ;D
will only cost you an arm and a leg though....

Look really nice! Now if they would just do them in my preferred scale, 1/48! Larry

Well - too big and too expensive for me anyhow What's more: judging from recent info obtained from a knowledgable Ju 88 expert the camera fit offered would only be correct for 88 A-1(F) and A-5(F) anyhow. The "D" variant having just two cameras in the fuselage BEHIND the rear bomb bay. popeye

Just saw this: www.hannants.co.uk/product/MMMK4838Now I can turn my recently acquired 1/48 Gripens into recce birds. I just wish Maestro Models stuff wasn't so darned expensive, they have a lot more items I'd like to get, to "tart up" my old models. Larry
