Hi Harriet, Thank you for the kind comments and thanks for looking in. The next project will be the Eager Bearver, which was the predecessor of the JCB.

Hi Nigel,
I don't think that it will be that quick to build, as there is very little body, so all the detail will be on display (one of my reasons for choosing this beastie). I haven't yet got to the stage of finding out about the availability of wheels and tyres, and am again in danger of falling into the problems I had with the JCB in the early stages!
If you know of a source of Michelin XL 11.00 x 20 tyres on 820 x 70 AL divided disk rims in 1/24 scale I would be very grateful. I haven't really started my detailed research for this vehicle yet, so any help would be appreciated.

Hi Mossie,
Have you got anything in your 3D CAD "store cupboard" that would fill the gap?

Not specifically the XL tie, I have XZL Jackal tire, in 1:48th scale. But this is too modern for the Beaver.
I've sent you a quote for the wheel set.
Actually I had considered this vehicle as a build, maybe I'll do this one at the same time.
I've only come across a few images and one side/front view with dimensions that is from some book (unknown).

Hi Gerry,
I might be good to have someone doing the same build at the same time - somebody to share problem solving! I'm (hopefully) going to be photographing a couple of EBs next week and will happily share the pics with you.

Hi Mike, It will be at Duxford on 16th June (MAFVA Nationals) and I think at War & Peace (although I won't be accompanying it to that one). As Telford is only 10 miles from home, it would be daft to pass up that one... Cheers, Steve
