Rolf,
Don't get embarrassed, yet! You haven't seen the email I sent to Paul.............................................!!!
He might be getting in contact with you, as our resident Luftwaffe, expert! Have you seen his wish list for his birthday??? Most intriguing.................
As I sent, passes on the way. Anything else I can try to provide to you?
Look forward to your opinion on shelves, and appearance of stand, very much more 'contemporary' than last year....Let alone thoughts for the future............

Colin,
The bl... foreigners usually are in the "international section" - you are right, I have not seen anything assigned but am told by Seb that this most certainly is ok as he had his tables confirmed long ago...... Staff and organizers cannot have forgotten the foreign invaders - I'm absolutely positive ;-)
Let's wait for the definitive floor plan - maybe they have something up their sleeves, who knows - or Nick can shed some light ? ? ?

PM sent - I have Volume 2 of the excellent Luftwaffe Colours Aufklarer book on order - released this month. Managed to source Vol 1 from my local library so is now on permanent loan!
Will certainly be in contact over the next 12 months if I have any questions.
Thanks for the help so far.

Paul,
I take it, that you and Rolf have been conversing!
Hello All,
Plans coming to conclusion, everything on track, feeling as desperate as everyone else about whether it will all be finished in time, but so far %95 done, models all done, bar one............and then it fell off the windowsill..................................................buggeration!
Ah well, can't take a joke, don't make models......Thank goodness, it's not terminal.........and still got a week to go, should be able to breath life back into the patient.
Got an offer I could not refuse last night!
My wife Shelley has offered to drive me to Telford and back on Saturday.........well you can't refuse can you! She wants to spend a few hours at the show, and then go shopping in Telford.......Well I know she is not going to load the credit card at the show!
So if you see me (the fat, bald bloke), with a gorgeous young looking woman beside me.......you will know it is Shelley, my booooootiful wife!!!!!

262 all done. Decals are on, last couple of 'sticky out' bits on painted and wheel put back when it fell off - repaired with a little stiff wire in the middle. Very light panel wash completed last night so it only needs a final coat of Klear then Robert's your Father's Brother.
I will include a square mirror base for it to be displayed on if you want to use it, entirely your call on the day. Expecting a call from a member at Farnborough anytime soon to arrange a clandestine meeting where the 'goods' will be transferred.
Best of luck with the display and with the weekend as a whole, hope your wife doesn't cane your credit card too much. Expect to see lots of pics.

Paul,
Got that about delivery!
RD49,
thanks for reminding me about that site, he's updated it!
Rolf,
Thanks for the heads up about the Lancaster, I would be interested in one as well, you say it's a limited edition, is it going on sale in UK?
Dear All!,
Don't know if you had seen, but we have moved from hall 1 to hall 2, tables 173/174.....

Colin;
Lancaster: The post war Lanc review on ipmsDeutschland says nothing definitive about release and availability, but clearly states it will be a limited edition (like all their new editions).
airrecce: Have you or anybody else been in touch with the gentlemen of "spyflight" and / or "airrecce" for a hint or invitation to the PR SIG table ?
and finally - the Swiss stand will be in Hall 2 within 242 - 256.
looking fwd to next weekend.... Rolf

If its the post war MR varient by Hasegawa i think you will find that the most excellent purveyor of models kits (with discount), www.modelsforsale.com, has 2 in stock.

having seen the kit ,via one of our club members- it looks exactly the. same as the previous issues. no openings for the window in the door or rear fuselarge are provided, but you can see the positions on the insde of the mouldings- all the side windows are still there, so these will need to be filled. the only option I could see from the brief look inside the box are the lincoln stlye rudders. one of the decal options is the same as one on the extradecal sheet but subtbly different
